Carrie McNamee Announced as TruckerToTrucker.com Trucking School Scholarship Winner
Winner of the Spring Scholarship for Trucking School by TruckerToTrucker.com has been announced as Carrie McNamee.
Culver, IN, May 21, 2015 (Newswire.com) - Carrie McNamee has been awarded the $500 Trucking School Scholarship by Trucker to Trucker LLC. The award will be used to help pay tuition for the Southeastern Illinois College truck driving program with the goal of earning a Class A CDL license.
The program consists of an intensive 6 week instruction period focused on preparing the student with the skills needed to safely operate an 18 wheel tractor with trailer.

After successfully completing the program and earning her Class A license, McNamee will join her husband on the road as a team driver. She will also join her husband as a member of the Trucker Buddy Program, an organization that matches professional drivers with classrooms to teach children about Seatbelt and Highway Safety.

TruckerToTrucker.com offers two $500 scholarships each year to be used towards an accredited truck driving program, as well as a $1000 college scholarship for individuals and family members in the trucking and transportation industry.
