CAS Welcomes New Director of Operations
ONTARIO, Calif., February 14, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Certified Aviation Services, LLC (CAS), is pleased to announce the appointment of Jay Scott as Director of Operations for the Recovery, Repair and Modifications division. Mr. Scott will help develop and implement new strategies to deliver premier AOG service and support. He holds more than 19 years of experience in the aircraft maintenance industry. Mr. Scott’s successful background in operations management, troubleshooting and LEAN principles will provide optimum performance to the division. In addition to providing customer success, Mr. Scott will be instrumental in working with CAS team members to provide customers with a faster turn around time.

Prior to joining CAS, Mr. Scott held the position of Engineer Manager at Cathay Pacific, where he oversaw the West Coast and Mexico division. Mr. Scott studied at Brooklands College of Technology and then furthered his studies at Air Service Training LTD, Scotland to obtain EASA A, B1 and C license certification. In 2017, Mr. Scott received the Aircraft Maintenance Technology Magazine’s Next Generation Top 40 under 40 award.
