Gerald Catalano, CPA, President

Jerry Catalano is one of the founding partners of Catalano, Caboor & Company. He is a graduate of Roosevelt University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting.

Mr. Catalano is the senior partner in the firm, and has specialized knowledge of the Entertainment and Royalties, The Construction Industry, Ongoing Technology Operations and Start-ups, Printing, Manufacturer Representatives, Advertising, Plastics, The Automotive Industry, Broadcast Media, and Medical Services. He has extensive experience dealing with family run businesses. Today, he is part owner in an automotive family business. His prior experience includes fifteen years as a CPA at another firm. Jerry also specializes in Illinois Film Production Tax Credits, and Film Accounting. He is at the top of the list of only 8 Illinois CPA firm's on the Illinois Film Office website.

Jerry "The Music CPA" Catalano specializes in the Music and Entertainment industries and can also be found at The Music CPA website.

Jerry is a member of the American Institute and Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants. Since 1985, his autobiography has been listed in Who's Who in Finance and Industry. Mr. Catalano is active in the Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Corporation. Jerry also, serves as a trustee for a University of Illinois scholarship fund. He is a member of the National Academy of Record Arts and Sciences and the American Association of Composers and Publishers.

Stephen Caboor, CPA, Vice President

Steve Caboor is one of the founding partners of Catalano, Caboor & Company. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois - Chicago with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, majoring in Accounting.

Mr. Caboor is the managing partner of Catalano, Caboor & Company. Steve has extensive experience in printing, construction and computer consulting industries. He has "hands on" experience dealing with International rules and regulations of foreign owned, U.S. based businesses. Steve specializes in auditing "not-for-profit" organizations. His prior experiences include five years at a large, local CPA firm.

Steve is a member of the American Institute and Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is active in his residential community. Mr. Caboor has served as the president of a large homeowner's association and is a three-term officer of the Mt. Prospect Jaycees. Steve has also served as the treasurer of People, Environments & Programs, an organization that provides assistance to the handicapped.

Steven Borucki, CPA, Partner

Steve Borucki is a partner at Catalano, Caboor and Company. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois - Chicago with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Mr. Borucki specializes in auditing, computer applications and business systems. Steve has extensive experience with manufacturers, the automotive industry, mortgage institutions and retail chains. His prior experience includes several years as an internal auditor at a Fortune 500 company.

Steve is a member of the American Institute, Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Tax Practitioners.

Anthony E. Ozzauto, CPA, Partner

Tony Ozzauto is a partner at Catalano, Caboor and Company. He is a certified public accountant and a graduate of DePaul University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Mr. Ozzauto specializes in providing tax management, accounting, Outsourced CFO, and management consulting services to closely held businesses and high net worth individuals. He is experienced with all aspects of taxation, including research, planning, and compliance for corporate, partnership, individual, and estate and gift taxes.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.

Ronald Jachim, CPA, Partner

Ron Jachim is a partner at Catalano, Caboor and Company. He is a certified public accountant and a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Mr. Jachim specializes in auditing, cost accounting, and real estate related tax matters. He has extensive experience with manufacturers, construction contractors, real estate developers, and service organizations. Ron also has prior experience working in the accounting department of a Fortune 100 company.
