CC Pace's Rose Anton Elected to ALN's Board of Directors

Online, September 8, 2011 (Newswire.com) - CC Pace announces the election of Rose Anton, CC Pace Agile Coach and Practioner to the board of directors for the Agile Leadership Network (ALN formerly APLN) for a second term. In this position, Rose will help direct and guide the growth and future of the ALN.

Anton has been in the field for 25+ years and combines her practical experience with leading edge methods. She has experience working in the Operational and IT domestic/international business arena. A leader in helping enterprise level clients to adopt the use of both agile and lean practices within their organizations. Anton has helped executives prepare their organizations for lean/agiletransformation by identifying challenges and opportunities related to agile and lean implementation, and developing action plans and risk mitigation strategies to insure that agile and lean initiatives are successful and viewed holistically.
