CFA India Advises Electronica Machine Tools, Ltd. In Capital Raise From IFCI Venture Capital
Corporate Finance Associates (CFA), an international middle-market investment banking firm, announced it advised Electronica Machine Tools, Ltd. of Pune, India in the capital raise of USD $5.5 Million from IFCI Venture Capital.
Online, November 1, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Corporate Finance Associates (CFA), an international middle-market investment banking firm providing merger and acquisition, business valuation, capital resource and financial advisory services, announced it advised Electronica Machine Tools, Ltd. of Pune, India in the capital raise of USD $5.5 Million from IFCI Venture Capital. Funds will be used to expand Electronica's international presence and introduce high technology automation solutions in the defense, nuclear, food & beverage and pharmaceutical verticals.
Founded in 1973, Electronica Machine Tools, Ltd was the first Indian manufacturer of electronic discharge machines (EDMs). Their in-house research and development center and specialized technology center is located in Switzerland and manufacturing plants are located in Pune, Maharashtra, India and China. Electronica Machine Tools designs, manufacturers, finances and maintains custom designed automation systems and machine tools for automotive, defense, nuclear, food & beverage and pharmaceutical clients.
Electronica Machine Tools currently manufactures EDMs and computer numeric controlled (CNC) wirecut EDMs with installations in approximately 60% of the major tool rooms in India. Their products are also exported to Latin America, Russia, the Middle East and Europe.
