This package is designed to take an attorney through the Demurrer stage of litigation, using valid causes of action brought about through the auditing process.

The goal of CFLA's Quiet Title Package is to get into Discovery and come to reasonable terms on the loan for the Borrower. This turn-key litigation package includes the following:
