The leadership of Chapman Programs possess over thirty years of professional experience in the delivery of social and human services, program management, executive administration, entrepreneurship, business and program development.
Chapman Programs is a private non-profit 501(c)3 organization that provides holistic programming to address the employment, educational and social services needs of low and moderate income men and women throughout the state of New Jersey. Program success is measured by participants finding and retaining long term employment with an ultimate goal of improving professional skill level and achieving financial self sufficiency.
