Chris Incardona Joins Native as VP Public Sector
NEW YORK, February 26, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Native, a New York-based on-demand technology company that connects leading enterprises with a fleet of local data collectors around the world, is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Incardona as its new vice president for the public sector.
Incardona has over 25 years of experience with some of the most advanced, data-heavy commercial data and analytics providers in the world, including Airbus, Boeing, GeoEye, DigitalGlobe (MAXAR), and, most recently, as the vice president for strategic program development at Orbital Insight Inc. (Palo Alto, California). Across the public sector, Chris is widely recognized as a strategic thinker and practitioner within the geospatial analytics industry, creating new programs for the U.S. government as well as other leading international federal and civilian government organizations.
“Chris is an extremely well-respected and genuine leader across industry,” said Matt McNabb, Native’s CEO. “We could not be more enthusiastic about the depth of experience he brings to the team in our efforts to bridge the on-demand economy with real-world, global research challenges. Chris recognizes how invaluable the interaction between space and ground realities lead to greater certainty in the world of economics, development and commercial opportunity.”
Native offers a revolutionary approach to the geospatial analytics and market research industries by delivering the same on-demand economy widely used in consumer life for ridesharing or food delivery, to on-the-ground data. With offices in New York, Washington, D.C., London and Bogotá, Native manages a global fleet of local data collectors in over 35 countries across more than 10 languages on a real-time basis led by senior operations leaders formerly at rideshare company Uber.
"The geospatial and market research industries are each investing heavily in new sensors, new ways of getting data,” said Incardona about his new position, “but there are critical things you can’t know without being on the ground and Native enables near real-time knowledge of local reality, even when you can not be there in person.”
Incardona will drive Native’s global engagement efforts across the global public sector.
