Invesca Development, led by Christopher Longsworth, is proud to announce the official start of the PIXL project in Plantation. In January, the first works began for what soon will become Phase 2 of Invesca’s master development on Sunrise Boulevard and 441 Corridor.

PIXL is a unique and dynamic community featuring 330 open floor plan apartments and lofts. This project is part of a master-planned development located in Plantation, just west of Fort Lauderdale along Sunrise Boulevard and US 441. The state-of-the-art, modern community aiming for the millennial market, developed by Invesca Development Group, has been approved by the Plantation City Council and scheduled to greet first residents in 2021. The 330 smart home units will be a mix of studio, two-bedroom, loft and duplex models. PIXL is designed in a way that all units will provide residents with a grand outdoor open area, with amenities situated towards the south side of the project.
