Cincinnati Human Resources veteran Todd Markle has launched Hello Hire, LLC, a first-of-its-kind consultancy focused exclusively on helping companies improve their Candidate Experience and compete more effectively for talent.

Markle, a long-time Talent Acquisition leader at Nielsen and past member of The Conference Board’s Talent Acquisition Executive Council, says the competition in today’s job market paired with advances in recruitment technology are raising candidate expectations when it comes to assessing potential employers.
