Cindy Tuck, Under-Secretary at California Environmental Protection Agency will give a keynote presentation on "Policy Development: Government Support Necessary for Industry Success" at the Future of Bio-Based Chemicals: From Inception to Marketplace conference to be held this year in San Francisco, CA on September 13-14, 2010 by GTCbio.

Cindy Tuck will discuss these topics and more:
