Citizens for Sheltered Animals, Inc (CSA) is grass roots, non-profit animal rescue organization that works towards reducing the number of cats and dogs placed in animal shelters, while increasing the numbers of animals adopted into loving homes. We strive to stop neglect, ignorance, and animal abuse that happens everyday, along with the amount of euthanized pets dropped off at local pounds. We are aimed at keeping the public aware of its responsibilities to its animals and how to make smart decisions with their pets.
