Citizens Report To JFK Challenge Fifty Years Later Is Being Compiled For Publication
Online, March 28, 2012 (Newswire.com) - There is a void in Leadership in the United States today that is alarming to entrepreneurs, business, social and political organizations. The marketing group of vasQ Analysts, LLC recalled how President John F. Kennedy posed the challenge at his inauguration in 1961 to ". . .Ask not what your country can do for you, Ask what you can do for your country. . ." Many recognize the leadership provided by President Kennedy's shortened term in the fields of science and space exploration, government service and foreign relations even though detractors have fertile soil.
"A Citizens Report" memorializing 50th Year Anniversary of the JFK Presidency is proclaimed! The challenges facing this next generation may be greater and more demanding of all citizens. It is believed that those alive in 1961 have a story to tell that must be on record. The writers at vasQ Analysts, LLC are motivated to produce A Citizens Report as an inspiration for future generations. Baby-boomers as they are labeled are on the cusp of making a great financial impact on society. Additionally, there is a dearth of leadership affecting the society in which they are retiring. One last time, the generation of JFK is called upon to respond.
Mr. Guy G. Graves, President of vasQ Analysts, LLC noted that due to the dearth of leadership, values have slipped and many so-called leaders are "in it for themselves." Speaking controversially, Mr. Graves said that, the so-called "Occupiers" may have a point regarding the financial collapse and seeming indifference shown by business and political leaders. The solution lies in raising up leaders who can verbalize and command respect in order to overcome pressing obstacles. The JFK 50 Years Later "Citizens Report" Project captures Baby-boomers lives and stories in an endeavor to stir-up the embers of service and sacrifice again.
A Citizens Report includes the simple acknowledgement of living and contributing to families and communities up to a clear celebration of the rich and powerful who made the most of their lives. Some lives may be recorded from perspective of children whose parent stepped-up to the challenge only to have their life cut short by war. Student journalists are called upon to assist in this project writing and creativity with an eye on motivation of future leaders. Outreach to college and university journalism programs is to begin in the Fall 2012 with the goal of engaging students to investigate and participate in diverse publications throughout 2013 and special project conclusion announced in Dallas, Texas on November 22, 2013 the anniversary of President Kennedy's death.
Mr. Graves invites fellow Baby-boomers to initiate their contribution by visiting the Weblog site,JFK 50 Years Later "Citizens Report" Project or send an email to [email protected]. Time is short for both the outreach to citizens and the collection of their stories. On the other-hand, time is running out for leaders to rise up and lead the United States out of its multitude of generational problems.
