Philadelphia CPA to Present Financial Considerations Associated with Business Succession Planning at March 7 Program
Online, February 22, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Mark S. Carrow, CPA, MST, the Philadelphia Managing Partner of accounting, tax and business consulting firm Citrin Cooperman, will discuss the financial considerations associated with succession planning for businesses at an upcoming program hosted by the Southern Lehigh and Upper Bucks Chambers of Commerce. "Succession Planning: Protecting Your Business for the Long Term," will be held on March 7, 2012 from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. at DeSales University Center in Center Valley, Pa.
The program will focus on business succession of leadership or ownership, including proactive steps to succession and exit planning; foundational elements for a successful succession, merger or acquisition; maximizing the financial benefits of a succession; and understanding buy-sell agreements. It will also include a case study of the succession of CEOs at QNB (formerly Quakertown National Bank). Carrow will be joined by panelists Edward J.
