City firm Taylor Rose Law LLP reaches a new milestone
Peterborough based law firm Taylor Rose Law celebrated the launch of its new name and move to diversify into other areas of law.
Online, November 20, 2009 (Newswire.com) - The new name: Taylor Rose Law came into effect in October 2009 and the move incorporates McCullagh & Co, an already familiar name in costs circles. Property and commercial departments were added to the firm as they continue to build on their service offering.
Playing pivotal roles to the rise of the firm are partners Robert Carter, Zoe Benn and David Cooper. Senior partner Rob is a very experienced solicitor and costs assessor to the High court. Rob is also a member of the Law Society costs group and the Senior Courts Costs office costs practitioners group, and outgoing head of the Federation of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL).
Zoe Benn, who also holds the role of operations director at Jaggards, a legal services company that works alongside Taylor Rose Law, is proud of the firms' approach. David Cooper is the second costs lawyer in the Country to be admitted as a partner with a law firm. David joined McCullagh & Co from the outset and has worked in costs for over 25 years, across different jurisdictions.
