Clarke Real Estate Group, Inc. has been raising funds for a new real estate fund to purchase Multifamily apartments.
Online, March 15, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Clarke Real Estate Multifamily Value Fund I is a $100 million Fund positioned to provide value-added investment returns by rehabilitating, redeveloping and repositioning undervalued multifamily real estate in major markets and sub markets throughout the United States.
