CLASS NIKITA: Covert Self Defense for the Modern Woman

The St. Louis Combat Institute unveils the newest and most up-to-date self defense course for the modern woman, CLASS NIKITA.

Class Nikita is based on the Russian female bodyguard training and female specialized operative courses designed with most urban situations in mind. It is the philosophy of Class Nikita that if women train in the skills utilized by high level security and intelligence practitioners, then most street level threats will become rudimentary.

What makes Class Nikita so different is that the training curriculum takes into consideration the differing learning style of women. Studies have shown that women learn differently than men. Class Nikita is designed to overcome the barriers to learning women sometimes face in co-ed courses.

The Class Nikita training curriculum was created by different professionals according to their work expertise based on reality-based situational experience. In addition, Class Nikita is taught by former real world protective specialists, tactical operatives and law enforcement professionals. The methods taught have been battle-tested time and time again and have proven to be among the best material available in the world today. Class Nikita training methods will not be found in any book.

The Class Nikita instructor's training and experience has given them a more heightened sense of awareness, thus giving them the ability to have strong skills in foreseeing situations. The Class Nikita curriculum puts a huge emphasis on a know-before-you-go mentality and sensitive perception with situational awareness. Class Nikita will teach you how to anticipate, deescalate and escape life threatening situations.

Training will include:
- Hand to Hand Self Defense
- Situational Awareness
- Armed & Unarmed Tactical Training
- Child Protection
- Clothing as a Weapon
- Vehicle and Home Defense
- Defense Against Multiple Attackers
