Clayton Perlman Celebrates Three-Year Anniversary of Boating License
Clayton Perlman, a real estate developer with work throughout the United States, is celebrating the three-year anniversary of having his boating license.
Online, November 30, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Clayton Perlman is proud to announce that he is currently celebrating the three-year anniversary of holding his New Jersey boating license. For the boat enthusiast, having a boating license is almost better than a driver's license.
"Really, it is," says Clayton Perlman. "I sometimes tell people, that I would rather have my boat license over my driver's license if I had to choose between the two. There's something about being the pilot of your own boat, out on the open seas, that you just can't beat."
For Clayton Perlman, who splits his time between Boca Raton, Florida and Monmouth County, New Jersey, a boat isn't just pleasurable, it also has the potential to be functional. Though Clayton Perlman has not taken his boat between the two localities, he admits he has thought of the possibility.
"I'm not sure it would be the best boating venture ever made," Clayton Perlman jokes. "But, I do think that it would be a lot of fun. Hey, that's one way to get to work, right?"
Clayton Perlman is currently working in Monmouth County, New Jersey as a real estate developer. Monmouth County, which has the 38th highest income of all counties in the country, is gaining recognition for the booming real estate development scene.
"It's definitely growing," says Clayton Perlman, in reference to the real estate development industry in Monmouth County. "And, while real estate is my passion, this boating license seems to vie for my time!"
As Clayton Perlman juggles the balance between work and play, he's found that he can combine them in one of his ventures. Clayton Perlman is the owner of Browns Point Marina, a marina in Keyport, New Jersey. The marina offers repairs, detailing services, and boat slips.
"I love that marina," says Clayton Perlman. "It's been a lot of fun to own, and a great place to be for someone like me who loves being on the water, but also has a very grounded entrepreneurial side."
As Clayton Perlman celebrates three years of having a New Jersey boat license, he welcomes questions and comments.
