Cleaning Up The System - Rwc Is Working To Increase Its Internal Efficiency

How ResearchWritingCenter.com implements some drastic measures to help its departments with decision making process

SHEFFIELD, ENGLAND - Any business requires optimization and this is what the ResearchWritingCenter.com is trying to achieve right now. From time to time any system requires changes and alterations. The ResearchWritingCenter.com decided to approach inactive writers in order to help them get back to work or revise their accounts in order to delete/alter them.

"The problem with inactive writers is that they clog the system. There are people who created several account, with different names and personal details in order to get a better grip on the available orders. Some of the writers who are inactive simply registered, but being unable to find the right orders for themselves, abandoned the system. Of course, the available orders are client generated and we can't simply control what orders are being placed, whether they cover all of the possible topics the writers might be interested in. That's why some writers abandon their accounts after searching for orders for a couple of days.

But we've grown a lot for the past couple of years. There are hundreds of available orders arriving, for our writers to complete. And so we want these inactive writers to be re-introduced to the system. Plus, the new site update should serve as an additional incentive to start working." - says Jennifer Burns, one of the head managers at the ResearchWritingCenter.com freelance writing community.

Also the inactive writers create logistical and operational problems for the staffers. When the Quality Assurance Dpt. is looking for a writer for a particular order they look through tons of accounts, based on the specialization the writer provided when registering. A lot of these writers are inactive and so the time is wasted on these accounts. So as a measure that will increase the productivity of the system and organize it, some of the inactive accounts are going to be permanently deactivated, if the writers registered under these accounts will not take at least one order within the next 2 weeks. Of course, they were informed of this procedure and the ResearchWritingCenter.com expects a lot of them to take action. Account deactivations will be initiated on April 19th.
