ClipClash Announces New Board Members To Oversee U.S. Expansion

Senior Digital Media and Technology Executives David Leibowitz and Avner Parnes Help Map Out ClipClash's Future Growth

With the continued growth of ClipClash's unique patented music video and social fantasy game platform, the company is honored to announce the addition of David Leibowitz and Avner Parnes to its Board of Directors. ClipClash management has been working closely with Messrs. Leibowitz and Parnes during 2010 and effective immediately, these two high level executive board members will direct the company's business strategy and development in North America.

David Leibowitz is Managing Partner of CH Potomac and works closely with both large and small companies at the intersection of entertainment, media and technology. Among other activities, Leibowitz is a senior advisor to Motorola and National Datacast (a for profit subsidiary of PBS), Chairman of Sir Groovy, and Chairman of the Advisory Board of Fighter Interactive. Earlier in his career, Leibowitz served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), co-founder and Chairman of Verance, Executive Vice President of Gotuit Media, Chairman of EZMO, and as a senior advisor to various other media and technology companies.

"ClipClash is the natural next step in the evolution of social gaming, transforming the passive viewing of short-form video clips into an engaging, interactive and fun competition among users," stated Leibowitz. Avner Parnes has extensive global experience working with emerging media and high tech companies in business development, capital formation and corporate development, and strategic planning. "I evaluate many startups, but the unique platform and the potential growth attracted me to ClipClash," said Parnes. Parnes has successfully negotiated deals with Fox Interactive, AOL (NYSE:AOL), Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT), and other major multi-national companies. Earlier in his career he served as Chairman and CEO of MBI Business Centers (NASTAQ:MBI) and oversaw the company's sales growth from $1 million to $118 million over a six year period.
