CME Q2 Revenue Up 64%: Highest in Its History

Bangalore, India, November 23, 2015 (Newswire.com) - CM Envirosystems Pvt. Ltd. (CME) reported a 64% increase in its Q2 revenue as compared to the same period last year. Backed by strong demand from international market, the India - based company has registered a 21% increase in sales clocked at 135 units. The company has also entered three international markets - Hungary, South Korea and Thailand - in the last quarter.

Mr. Praveen Crasta, Director of Global Business says this jump in revenue is the result of year - long restructuring which helped the company relook its growth strategy. “The result is finally showing and now we are leaner (lean manufacturer) & the leader in the Indian market”, said Mr. Crasta proudly. 

The company has reportedly increased its R&D spending by 5% as compared to the last quarter. The company has also increased its local sourcing showing its commitment towards “Make in India”. Mr. Praveen Crasta made a brief announcement regarding CME’s future strategy including the upcoming entry into North and South American markets and new product launches scheduled in the forthcoming period.

The Director of Global Business concluded by stating that CME has set an ambitious and realizable target of capturing 1/3rd of the global Environmental Simulation Systems market in the next 3 years. This target, he said, will pronounce CME as the first Indian company in this segment to do so.
