CMG Acquires Itemize Technologies, Reorganizes Operations
Online, August 8, 2012 (Newswire.com) - CMG today announced that it has acquired iTEMize Technologies in Reston, Virginia. With the acquisition, CMG has reorganized into two divisions: CMG Connect and CMG Itemize.
CMG Connect focuses on the procurement of telecom, cloud, contact center and data center solutions with an emphasis on providing superior front office and back office support to its clients and partners. CMG Connect provides traditional telecom procurement services, Cloud and SIP solutions, and wholesale carrier services through its own Telcentrex brand.
CMG Itemize offers expense management services that include Historical Audit & Recovery, Invoice Management & Bill Payment, and Inventory Management & Optimization for mid-size and enterprise organizations. With the addition of Itemize, CMG offers industry-leading telecom and wireless expense management solutions.
