CMS Solutions to Launch Sales Associate Training in January 2011

CMS Solutions is launching a sales training program in January 2011 to help prospective candidates learn the CMS sales process with possible transition to a permanent position.

What can a marketing company teach you about sales? A lot, if that company is CMS Solutions. CMS, an operational marketing firm based in St. Louis, Missouri, will launch a new training curriculum for budding and transitioning sales associates in January 2011.

"The CMS approach puts a new twist on old-school strategies to fit today's challenging marketplace," says Jim Fox, Corporate Business Development Manager for CMS Solutions. "This translates into highly operational, process-driven pipeline management. Because what we do is so different, it is important that our associates receive intensive training and the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities. This is what we aim to accomplish with this new program."

Working alongside experienced and successful sales professionals, new associates will learn the complete CMS sales process, from cold call to customer. Weekly business development seminars will complement the training curriculum, developing further knowledge and skills to apply professionally and personally. Upon completion, associates will coordinate with management to discuss transition to a permanent position based on performance.

"Even in today's job market, the one position that is hard to fill is that of an A-player salesperson," says CMS executive Joshua Levey. "We are in search of highly motivated, revenue generating personnel who will not only help CMS reach our goals in 2011, but gain valuable training and experience along the way."

CMS is looking for candidates who have earned a bachelor's degree and have demonstrated academic proficiency.
