Coley Florance Joins Spectrum Equity as Head of Talent
New Role Will Enhance the Recruitment and Development of Executive Talent for Portfolio Companies

Coley’s responsibilities will include overseeing the firm’s talent initiatives, building upon Spectrum’s executive network and partnering with portfolio company leaders on recruitment, assessment, on-boarding, retention, team development and compensation strategies. Coley’s work will enable the identification of best in class executives and support Spectrum’s portfolio companies as they scale.

Coley brings over twenty years of talent management-related experience to the firm. Most recently, she served as an Operating Director, Human Capital at TPG Capital. Prior to joining TPG in 2005, Coley worked for executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. She earned a BA from Harvard College.
