Collaborative Law Practice Group To Attend Mid Jersey Welcome Back Meeting and Photo Shoot on September 14th, 2010
Online, September 9, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Mid Jersey Collaborative Law Alliance Welcome Back Meeting and Photo Shoot takes places on
September 14th, 2010
Omega Diner & Cafe / North Brunswick, NJ.
The Mid-Jersey Collaborative Law Alliance is a group of attorneys, financial and mental health professionals and advisors who, after years of experience, have come to believe that there is a better alternative to taking family issues to court. The members, whose offices are located in Middlesex, Mercer and Somerset Counties, recognize the emotional and financial concerns faced by families going through the life-transition that a divorce requires.
Collaborative Law Practice Group founder Laurie Poppe is a member of the Mid Jersey Collaborative Law Alliance and is active in her education on the subjects of collaborative divorce, collaborative mediation and collaborative practice. While a practicing NJ divorce lawyer, Poppe's main focus has been on the use of the collaborative process as a healing tool rather than a dividing one for couples in the state of New Jersey.
About Collaborative Law Practice Group
Focusing on collaborative divorce, CLPG guides couples and families through the difficult divorce process. The heart of Collaborative Practice or Collaborative Divorce (also called "no-court divorce," "divorce with dignity," "peaceful divorce") is to offer couples the support, protection, and guidance of lawyers without going to court. Additionally, Collaborative Divorce allows for the benefit of child and financial specialists, divorce coaches and other professionals all working together cohesively.
CLPG offers a new way to resolve disputes respectfully - without going to court.
How CLPG Can Help
Not all cases are appropriate for collaboration. Poppe has successfully brought many issues before the court by way of motions or trial. However, Poppe supports and believes that most cases/issues can be resolved via this process. Whether or not a couple's divorce is appropriate for the collaborative method of resolution, Poppe encourages any questions or concerns to be brought to CLPG.
