Columbus's "Sounds on the Town" Concert Series Sponsored by Mercedes-Benz of Easton
This summer Germain Mercedes-Benz of Easton is giving residents a chance to relax with great music via Sound on the Town concert series.
Online, July 23, 2012 (Newswire.com) - This summer, Columbus's "Sounds on the Town" Concert Series will be presented by Mercedes-Benz of Easton. This exclusive concert series located in Columbus's Easton Town Center will feature a mix of local, regional and national performances.
Jazz, funk, blues, Latin and many more artists will play in Easton's outdoor setting this summer. All shows are free to the community and will continue all summer long.
June artists include the Urban Jazz Coalition on June 6th, Matt Corey Band on June 13th, Hamilton Hardin Quartet on June 20th, and the Jared Mahone Band on the 27th.
On the 4th of July this year, Dwight Lenox will be featured as part of the concert series. Tia Stewart & The Groove Syndicate will play July 11th. The end of July will feature Big Sam's Funk Nation on the 18th and fo/mo/deep on the 25th.
The series continues in August with featured bands including Mojoflo on the 1st, NexLevel on the 8th, Liquid Crystal Project on the 15th, Playhouse on the 22nd and Luxury Brown on August 29th.
The "Sounds on the Town" Concert Series will wrap up on September 5th with the Celebrate Columbus concert. This year Columbus is celebrating their 200 year bicentennial with many events throughout the year including the final concert in Easton's concert series.
