Comedian Muffy Hired to Perform Inspirational Comedy

WATCHUNG, N.J., June 19, 2019 (Newswire.com) - The Iowa State Association of Counties hired Comedian Muffy following her performance in December 2018 at the women's prison in Iowa. She gave free performances to 600 incarcerated women and staff. Each person received a free copy of her book. She will deliver an after-dinner speech at the Iowa State Association of Counties on January 15, 2020 in West Des Moines, Iowa. She does Inspirational Comedy professionally. Muffy will perform several one-hour performances on Thursday, July 11, 2019, in the Coleman Federal Correctional Complex in Coleman, Florida; this institution houses male inmates. The Coleman Federal Correctional Complex is a part of the Federal Bureau of Prisons. To fund this trip, she has set up a GoFundMe campaign. Prior to this, she performed in a women’s prison in Iowa. Her Inspirational Comedy is based on her book, "26 Life Lessons: Advice For Today’s Youth and Adults." She will be giving each incarcerated person a copy of her book after her performances.
