Compassionate Leadership: Executive Jim McCafferty Joins Charity as COO, Foregoing Salary to Drive Impact
CHARLOTTE, N.C., March 6, 2024 (Newswire.com) - Samaritan’s Feet International is pleased to announce Jim McCafferty as its new Chief Operating Officer. In a remarkable demonstration of commitment to the cause, McCafferty has chosen to forgo a salary, exemplifying a dedication to advancing the mission of Samaritan’s Feet and making a positive impact throughout the United States and around the world.
McCafferty brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in strategic planning, organization effectiveness, finance, and leadership development and is poised to play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and strategic growth for the organization. He joins Samaritan’s Feet from AAA (Auto Club Group and Carolinas) where he served as the Chief Operating Officer, and prior to that, served as the Executive Vice President at GuideOne Insurance Company.

He will use his background and experience to develop an organizational structure to help Samaritan’s serve more people both domestically and internationally.
