The final product Hall is referring to will include doubling the dealership's service department to over 70 service bays and upgrading each bay with state-of-the-art technology. For customers waiting for their vehicles, there will be charging stations, an updated snack bar with new food and beverage options, improved workspace areas with upgraded WiFi, couches and multiple televisions. 

Additionally, all sales staff will now be able to immediately find the exact vehicle a customer is looking for with new iPads that allow them to seamlessly search the vehicle inventory on the spot.
