Connected to Success: Thriving IT Veteran, Tomi Bannister, to Launch Time With Tomi Vlog & a Masterclass

Washington DC, August 31, 2015 (Newswire.com) - ​Tomi Bannister, CEO of  ARMA Inc., is set to launch a video blog series entitled Time with Tomi in early 2016 based on her 25 years of experience. Bannister will also be launching a Masterclass group based on the education received from the John Maxwell Team.

After 25 years of successful business, the award winning CEO realized that there was more growth to be had. Even though Tomi has over two decades experience operating a multi-million dollar woman owned small business, she felt as though she had more to give; therefore she had more to learn. She joined the John Maxwell Team and expanded her leadership education in coaching, speaking, and training. Her training with the esteemed group was supported by her previous experience in business mentoring. Tomi has advised numerous emerging technology based firms and mentored several 8(a) certified firms; Additionally she has worked with international outreach programs and The Global Protégé group. Tomi is ready to spread her knowledge through her Vlog series Time With Tomi, which will provide a scope of how to live successfully in business and life.

The series will be featured on the Time With Tomi website and YouTube Channel with various subjects relating to her 25 years of experiences; which include business growth, self-development, spiritual application to business and more. The series will make its premiere in January 2016 through the Time With Tomi Website. The posts of TWT will be available on the website and exclusive releases elsewhere. 

These new ventures for Tomi are, to her, a second act to her professional life. She believes that growth can still be attained in other areas and does not plan on stopping with these sources of executive  leadership education.

Maxwell Certification program live event training in Orlando, Florida. The training encompassed workshops and training events for the successful business coach. After attending this event she became an Independent Certified Trainer, Coach, and Speaker.
