CONNOLLY, its affiliate Spruce Street Partners and Terwilliger Pappas begin the first development phase of Parkview on Peachtree, a transit-oriented mixed-use development in Chamblee and the largest in the city’s recent history. The first stage of work, beginning this week, includes the demolition of vacant buildings to be followed by site grading and other site preparation. Set to open in 2017, Parkview on Peachtree is designed to inspire the new model for mixed-use developments in the Southeast, seamlessly incorporating the surrounding greenscapes, mass transit, park and fitness trails into a diverse blend of retail, office and residential space.

Located at the intersection of Peachtree Boulevard and Clairmont Road, Parkview on Peachtree will offer instant accessibility to specialty shops, casual cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. Retail and restaurant leasing will be handled by Ed O’Connor with Lavista Associates Inc. and Mindy Elms with Vantage Realty Partners.  Office leasing will be handled by Rob Binion and Brian Burks with Lavista Associates Inc.

Additionally, residential opportunities at Parkview on Peachtree include a total of 503 multi-family units. Terwilliger Pappas, a prominent Southeast developer, will build 303 multi-family units at Solis Parkview with another 200 planned for Phase II.
