Conquer Online Gives Sneak Peek into Its New Expansion Age of Jiang Hu

Online, July 1, 2013 (Newswire.com) - Conquer Online will officially release its new expansion, the "Age of Jiang Hu", on July 18th, and new information about CO's upcoming content has been revealed on its homepage! First, the "Age of Jiang Hu" expansion will add a new open PvP style in-game, where our martial arts heroes are encouraged to seek out and challenge opponents of similar strength, to gather the spiritual energy of their foes. This power can be used to enhance their own inner power!

Once the players enter the Age of Jiang Hu, every player will be listed on the new Jiang Hu ranking category. All PvP between heroes in the rankings will be legal, and no punishment will be given when players defeat others. However, after the battle is over, the rank status and spiritual energy will be taken by the winner. In a word, the whole world will become a huge battlefield!

Once the players enter the life of Jiang Hu, they will not only gain respect, but will also be able to study the inner strength that ChiYou, the Chinese God of War, amassed in his war to conquer the 9 tribes!

There were 9 forms of power that ChiYou uncovered: Principle, Braveness, Piety, Kindheartedness, Loyalty, Faith, Wisdom, and Endurance, each representing a rule of power in life. The players have to study these beliefs one by one and when they understand one belief, they will gain the inner strength (including the attribute bonus and extra Battle Power) from that force.

There are 6 different levels of understanding to these beliefs. To achieve a higher understanding and gain more strength, a player should keep exploring and training. They can also defeat other Jiang Hu fighters to gather their spiritual energy, and use it to enhance their own training. This makes the life of Jiang Hu incredibly dangerous, because one fighter can only face two destinies: become a respected Kung-Fu master and carry their martial arts forward, or become a stepping stone for other martial arts hopefuls!

If the players successfully achieve the highest level of understanding for each belief, they will gain great power and achieve the highest state of Kung-Fu, creating their very own skills! They can not only name their skills and shame the defeated, but customize the look of their skills, making their style exclusive in the world of Conquer Online!

CO will enter the Age of Jiang Hu on July 18th! There will be new servers opening and a host of events to welcome new players, not to mention the trailer showing off more of the coming expansion!
