The Consolidated Workers Association and Walter Cecchini, President announce that they have fully resolved all matters with the State Insurance Departments.

Walter Cecchini, President of Consolidated Workers Association (CWA) is pleased to announce the full resolution of any and all complaints regarding CWA with The Departments of Insurance of Michigan, Delaware, North Carolina, Montana, Missouri, and Florida. This announcement is declaring that all regulatory matters involving Consolidated Workers Association or Walter R. Cecchini Jr., President of CWA/Consolidated Workers Association have been fully resolved .

CWA and ICG are announcing that Consolidated Workers Association and Walter Cecchini its President have fully resolved all matters with the insurance departments in relation to these issues:

Michigan

1) State of Michigan Department of Energy, Labor & Economic Growth Office of Financial and Insurance Regulation; Office of Financial and Insurance Regulation Case No. 08-6936 was fully resolved on July 15, 2009.

Delaware

2) The Insurance Department of the State of Delaware, Docket No. 1010-2008 was fully resolved on January 26, 2009.

North Carolina

3) North Carolina Department of Insurance, Raleigh, North Carolina, Docket No. 1421 was fully resolved on May 15, 2009.

Montana

4) Montana Commissioner of Insurance and Securities, Office of Montana State Auditor Case No. INS-2008-55 was fully resolved on July 26, 2010

Upon final review by the Insurance Departments, all complaints related to these matters were fully and finally resolved to the complete satisfaction of the Departments of Insurance of all regulatory matters, CWA and Walter Cecchini assert.
