Construction Inputs Online Solutions Portal Released in Ethiopia

Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, February 25, 2016 (Newswire.com) - Ebiz Online Solutions PLC, the owner of 2merkato.com, released a new Construction Inputs Online Solutions Portal in Ethiopia last week. The portal is expected to solve the lack of integrated construction inputs' prices data.

The portal contains prices for construction materials, equipment and labour.

This is the trial version and accessible by anyone. Ebiz expects to release a newer version in the coming months after collecting feedback from its users.

Users can access the portal via http://con.2merkato.com. This is a trial period and anyone can access it for free for some time.

According to the General Manager, Fisha Assefa, Ebiz prepared the portal in collaboration with a senior civil engineer with more than 20 years of experience, who has become an advisor and consultant to the company.

It is to be recalled that Ebiz concluded some month ago a content licensing agreement with Ethiopian Press Agency which allows Ebiz Online Solutions PLC to re-publish procurement and contract awards notices on its website, 2merkato.com.
