Service Providers have also been victimized in the past. The duo claim to have well known contacts as references and engage good service providers. After the work is completed, they claim that it is below par, and therefore cannot pay the charges for the work.

They have played the same game with employees. They employ qualified people for short duration and dismiss them without payment.
