Copper Mobile Forms New Board Of Directors

New Directors Add Prestigious Technical and Business Skills to Fast Growing Mobility Application Development Company

Copper Mobile, Inc., one of the fastest growing technology companies in Texas, having increased revenue from 2010 to 2011 by over 1,000 percent, and profits by 1,500 percent, today announced that it has added four new directors to its board. Along with these additions the company has further solidified its corporate governance and its strategy of focusing on high-value mobility business applications targeted at the Fortune 1000.

The recent additions to the Copper Mobile board of directors are as follows:
1. Dennis Cagan, a successful entrepreneur, CEO and consultant. Mr. Cagan was also elected Chairman.
2. Brian Bonner, Chief Information Officer at Texas Instruments.
3. Keith Morrow, Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Epsilon.
4. Jeff Francis, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Copper Mobile.

Dennis Cagan, Chairman of the Board has founded or co-founded over a dozen of different companies, has been a CEO himself many times. He has founded and run a venture capital firm and consults as Shadow CEO ™. He has sat on 48 corporate boards. Over the years, Dennis has had consulting relationships with large companies like IBM, AT&T, GE, Xerox and Digital Equipment.

Brian Bonner is the CIO of Texas Instruments. He has managed P&L's and served as VP of TI's Worldwide Mass Marketing and Acquisition Integration. Brian holds an MBA from Duke University and MSEE from the University of Michigan. He started his career with Texas Instrument as a technical sales engineer. Brian currently sits on a number of notable advisory boards.

Keith Morrow is EVP and CIO of Epsilon and is responsible for information systems and software product engineering globally. Epsilon is the world wide leader in delivering direct-to-customer connections that drive business performance. Keith has previously served as CIO at Blockbuster Inc. and 7-Eleven Inc. He has also been ranked on CIO Magazine's CIO 100 three years in a row. Recognized as a winner of the InfoWorld 100, Power 50, and Premier 100 IT Leaders, Morrow was inducted into the CIO Hall of Fame by CIO Magazine.
