Paul Mullon Introduces a Suite Of Educational Offerings that Are Designed To Improve the State of Records and Information Management in SA

Pretoria, South Africa: February 16, 2015—COR Concepts, led by Paul Mullon, a leading international provider of Information Governance, Records and Information Management, and Enterprise Content Management services for public and private sectors, has built a suite of education offerings that are designed to improve the state of records and information management in SA.

This is largely in response to the critical shortage of skilled records managers which was identified in a research report "The Demand for and supply of skills in library and information services, archival services and records management" submitted to the department of arts and culture in 2010. Paul Mullon says, "Although this report is a few years old the issues remain the same and the poor state of records management skills is a major risk to the capture, management and preservation of records in SA."
