Mr. Koeppel, a native of Washington, D.C., was a Senior Branch Attorney - Adviser in the Division of Corporate Finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for three years prior to a three-decade tenure at the corporate/banking/securities boutique law firm of Elias, Matz, Tiernan & Herrick LLP, Washington, D.C.

His practice focuses on corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and corporate financings. His clients range from startups to public companies in industries including high tech, banking, retail, software, gaming, entertainment, new media, manufacturing, consumer products, and distribution.
