Corriere Economia: 12 high performance shares, Terna stands out among them

Today, Corriere Economia, the economic supplement of Corriere della Sera, traced the scenario of the high performance shares for identifying the "leading" shares to follow.

To understand which shares have higher shareholder returns, Corriere Economia requested the specialists of Centrobanca, the corporate and investment bank of the Ubi group, to draft a typical portfolio, formed by companies with a stable shareholder return over time also having a potential capital gain that could make the difference in the event the markets begin to rise after the significant recovery already registered since the all-time lows of last March.

"A group formed by at least twelve shares emerged where the major utilities such as Terna stood out - wrote the Corriere supplement - as well as Snam, Enel and A2A; the research, however, attributed different values to companies on the basis of performance prospects for each single share to maintain the possibility of a capital gain for the entire portfolio ".

"We believe that Terna and Snam, companies each holding a 10% value in our opinion, represent buys with objective prices from 3.2 to 3.87 euros", explained Marco Cristofori, head of the stock market research at Centro Banca. This belief is also shared by UBS and Deutsche Bank analysts who foresee a potential rise within 12 months between 15 and 20% for the two shares. In the meantime, Terna and Snam will pay dividends of 7% and 5.5% in the next two-year period.
