Online, November 6, 2013 (Newswire.com) - A luxury castle hotel that lies within a country estate on the route of next year's Grand Depart is among a trio of new client wins for Yorkshire-based outsourced IT management company Vital Network Solutions.
The Knaresborough business has been selected to manage the IT for Swinton Park, near Masham, which is also boasts a conference centre, spa and cookery school, and is part of the 22,000 acre Swinton Estate.
Vital is now also in charge of the IT function for Bivouac, an award-winning luxury campsite also near Masham, that boasts yurts, wooden shacks and a bunk barn.
The third new client is Newby Foods, a chilled meat producer in Northallerton.
Founded in 1996, Vital specialises in providing small and medium-sized businesses across Yorkshire with outsourced IT support and management services.
Lee Evans, managing director of Vital Network Solutions, said: "This is an exciting time for us with our client base continually expanding as more and more businesses see the benefits of a managed IT service.
"In the past couple of months we have also become a Microsoft Cloud Accelerate Partner, which is a true demonstrator of our high-level of ability in delivering cloud computing solutions, and in particular Office 365."
Compared with the traditional break and fix service outsourced IT management is, not only, more cost-effective but brings with it predictability in terms of costs and performance, along with the ability to budget for ongoing maintenance.
Evans added: "Companies that outsource their IT soon find that it is a far more cost-effective solution than the traditional break and fix method offering business-owners peace of mind.
"In the vast majority of cases a managed service eliminates the need for unforeseen downtime and, as every business owner knows, being offline can be critical to a company's survival."
