Cowles & Thompson Adds Senter as Shareholder in Dallas Office
Online, November 2, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Cowles & Thompson, P.C., is proud to announce the addition of attorney Mark S. Senter as a shareholder.
Mr. Senter's practice focuses on commercial and construction litigation on behalf of business owners, partnerships and corporations throughout the United States, Germany, Mexico and Dubai. He has successfully represented clients in mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, commercial real estate matters, insurance issues, construction cases, telecommunications disputes and zoning issues. He also has successfully litigated and arbitrated cases involving the dissolution of partnerships and corporations, RICO, deceptive trade practices, and fraud.
A New Orleans native, Mr. Senter is the former vice president and general counsel of Global Technical Resources, LLC, in New Orleans, and practiced with the law firm of Gardner & Kewley, APLC, until relocating to Texas in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
Since 2006, Mr. Senter has been practicing commercial and construction litigation in Dallas. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in economics, magna cum laude, from Auburn University in 1985 before obtaining his law degree at the Tulane University School of Law in 1992.
