Crisp on the menu at italian restaurant chain prezzo

Online, June 11, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Dan Crisp is an up-and-coming artist from the South-West, who has performed with artists Martin Barre of Jethro Tull and Joss Stone. Earlier this month, the musician hired PHA Media as his PR consultancy to deal with all media relations.

For the first phase of the effective public relations campaign, the London based PR agency PHA Media have arranged for Dan to embark on a national tour. Throughout April and May, Dan will be playing 15 dates at venues across the country from Edinburgh to Falmouth, before heading to Milan on 23rd May to perform with Martin Barre which will greatly help his reputation management as he works towards his first single release in June.

The tour is in association with one of the country's best loved Italian chains, Prezzo, with Dan playing at selected restaurants every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. The charity holds a personal link with Dan after a close relative was diagnosed with the illness two years ago.

Dan released his debut solo album, 'far from here' in late 2008 after successful years on the open-mic circuit, which included performing in a band comprised of bassist Alan Bray and Roger Luxton. The trio recorded an EP with MTA desk developer and engineer, Malcolm Toft, who most famously worked on the Beatles classic, 'Hey Jude'.
