Critical Mention's new Media Contact Database was built from the ground up, combining cutting-edge automation, artificial intelligence and machine learning with meticulous manual data curation. The product will be launched with more than one million records, including global media outlets, reporters, bloggers, editors, producers and influencers - with more being added every day.

In continuing its commitment to 24/7/365 customer service, Critical Mention has also created a quick and simple way for users to submit requests for data updates to a support team that will update records within 24 hours in most cases.
