Mitch Beck, a former radio personality and standup comedian for over 20 years is the Founder and President of Crossroads Consulting, LLC. Rotella, 51, joins Crossroads Consulting as the Director of Business Development. She joins the company after spending the previous three years as President of the Monroe Chamber of Commerce. Prior to her time with the Chamber, Rotella spent over fifteen years in the banking industry, with the last five as a Branch Manager for Gateway Bank before it eventually became Bank of America. For the past ten years, in addition to her Chamber duties, Rotella has operated her own custom jewelry making business which will now take a back seat to her responsibilities with Crossroads. "Mitch has such a unique vision of recruiting and his compassion and good humor seemed like a natural fit for me. The company motto, 'Putting the human back into human resources' was something that I believe not only on a personal level but on a professional one as well. Trimbach, 61, has spent his professional life in Accounting. After attaining his CPA in 1981, Trimbach's experience has ranged from regional public accounting firms to the Big 8. After leaving public accounting Trimbach went from International Audit for Texaco, Inc., until eventually rising to become a Global Controller for an international commodity trading company. Trimbach will be Crossroads' Director of Business Strategy and Recruitment where he will oversee the company's expansion initiative, as well as leading the way for Crossroads' management recruiting team. "Mitch and I met in of all places, Norwalk (CT) Hospital. We were both there for tests and got to talking while waiting for our results. Fortunately we were both fine, but I was attracted to the idea that a company could focus on treating employment in such a light-hearted way. Like so many others who are so used to the stale corporate mentality that something this different was such a breath of fresh air and so very appealing that I thought it would play well on a national scale.
