CT Real Estate Investors Assn. (CT REIA) Announces Meeting with Mark Klee and Caryn McKinney On August 16
Online, August 5, 2010 (Newswire.com) - The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT REIA, in association with Mark Klee and Caryn McKinney, is announcing the CT REIA August 2010 monthly Connecticut real estate investors meeting. This event will take place on Monday, August 16, from 5:30pm to 9:00pm, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on 100 Berlin Road in Cromwell, CT. This event is free for CT REIA members, and $30 for non-members.
Mark Klee and Caryn McKinney are the two founding partners of The Post-Bankruptcy Report. Mark comes from a corporate background and Caryn spent her 'first career' as a professional racquetball player. They now have a combined investing experience of over 20 years and have both been investing full-time for the past ten years. About seven years ago, Mark and Caryn began delving into pre-foreclosures and soon thereafter discovered a large niche that many investors seem to be afraid of: bankruptcies. Now, Mark and Caryn are a national voice on bankruptcies as they share their experience and knowledge across the country.
This seminar with Mark Klee and Caryn McKinney has never before been offered in Connecticut. At this event, attendees will learn: how to find the best opportunities before they are presented to the public, the differences between Chapter 7 and Chapter 13, how to work with mortgage companies, key strategies for negotiating the public bankruptcy report, the best ways to profit from bankruptcies, and much more. Attendees are encouraged to show up early and take advantage of the early-bird workshop, which begins at 5:30pm.
CT REIA is an organization that provides motivation, networking opportunities, and up-to-date education for people that want to buy their own home or investment property. Each month, a nationally known real estate investment trainer is featured. Real estate professionals, investors, landlords, property managers, realtors, contractors, wholesalers, rehabbers, and the general public are invited to attend our monthly meetings for educational and networking opportunities.
