CT REIA Announces February 2013 Workshop For New And Experienced Real Estate Investors In Connecticut
On February 20, 2013, the Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association (CT REIA) will be hosting its 3 evening workshop for real estate investors called "Find It, Fix It, Flip It, or Keep It".
Online, February 13, 2013 (Newswire.com) - The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT REIA, is announcing the start of its 3-evening workshop for new and experienced real estate investors. This course will begin on Wednesday February 20, 2013. Additional dates for the program are February 27th and March 5th. This workshop will take place from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Four Points Sheraton located at 275 Research Parkway in Meriden, CT. Tuition for this course includes a 81 page real estate investment manual.
CT REIA is pleased to present New England's top real estate investor workshop for new investors. This program is designed to give new investors an opportunity to learn how to get started in the real estate investing process. Experienced investors also participate in this program to find out what is working in today's market. This 3-part program will cover the basics of wholesaling properties, rehabbing (also known as flipping), how to sell quickly, and holding for long-term income.
