Cuisinart's Toaster Ovens Now With Convection Bake
Online, May 6, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Cuisinart has recently introduced their new line of toaster ovens that have the new convection bake option. This is a major improvement for toaster ovens, the convection bake option technology has only recently been made available for toaster ovens. "This will change and dramatically increase the functional usefulness of these appliances in the kitchen" said William Nottoli, the site creator.
Some of the models now have four cooking options which will make preparing meals much easier. Most toaster ovens have the three functions, broil, pizza bake and toasting. Now with convection baking added there are so many dishes that can be prepared using a toaster oven.
Cuisinart has a model TOB-195 that has a large enough oven that you can bake a 12 inch pizza or broil two chickens. This model has the convection bake as well as the other three common functions and has state of the art controls and features. The exact heat keeps a precise oven temperature and the total touch touchpad gives you a lot of extra possibilities it is like having a second oven in your kitchen.
The convection bake really makes a big difference in how cooking and baking are done. Restaurants have been using convection ovens for years because it is more efficient than a conventional oven. The reason is the fan that circulates the air in the convection oven, which promotes even cooking, it takes less time to cook and you can cook at a lower temperature. A conventional oven typically has hot spots in the back part of the oven where there is a significant temperature difference between the back of the oven and the front. The hot air tends to build up in the back while the front has heat escaping through the oven door (which is why you need to turn a pie or rotate a pizza).
