RACHO DOMINGUEZ, CALIF., April 26, 2016 (Newswire.com) - Cushman & Wakefield has completed the sale of 3000 E. Via Mondo, a 120,000-square-foot industrial building in Rancho Dominguez. The commercial real estate services firm’s Irvine, Calif.-based team of Jeff Chiate, Jeffrey Cole, Rick Kaplan, John Tran, Rooney Daschbach and Rusty Smith represented both the buyer, Prologis, as well as the seller, Scholle Corp.

Via Mondo provides immediate access to the 91 and 710 freeways and has close proximity to the Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles and the Alameda Corridor rail cargo expressway.
