CustomCall Data Systems Announces AT&T XML Release
Online, March 12, 2010 (Newswire.com) - March 1, 2010, Naperville, IL - CustomCall Data Systems today announced general availability of their TRS Ordering and Gateway Solution that is compliant with the new XML version for the 22-state AT&T region. CustomCall has converted their customers, both hosted and on-site, to this new release. The new version will allow CLECs to transition from EDI to XML before the March 19, 2010 deadline. In addition, utilizing the XML web services interface to AT&T gives carriers the option to bond to AT&T's OSS for all of their 22-state territory without the expense and time consuming burden of establishing dedicated data connectivity to the ILEC.
Kevin Williams, Executive Vice President of CustomCall said, "This release will allow customers to benefit from improved features and increased functionality in this new version. Companies will now be able to process Pre-Order and Ordering transactions using the latest XML version, and eliminating the need to order a dedicated circuit to AT&T means we can get them in production much faster and with less cost."
Williams further went on to say, "During these times in the CLEC industry, companies are searching for more cost efficient and quicker means of acquiring customers and they have found it with the TRS application with its integration into the CustomCall billing and OSS solutions."
