CyberTech FAST Provides Rapid Audio Search Of Recorded Conversations

CyberTech cuts the time taken to search and review audio content in over 30 languages

CyberTech, the world's fastest-growing and 2nd largest compliance recording provider, has announced the immediate availability of CyberTech FAST, a new audio search tool. In partnership with Nexidia, the market-leading provider of audio search and speech analytics solutions, CyberTech FAST enables users to rapidly locate and replay specific content contained in voice recordings, with a high degree of accuracy, in over 30 languages.

CyberTech FAST uses Nexidia's patented, award-winning phonetic indexing and search technology to deliver rapid and accurate search results within recorded calls. It automates the whole process and eliminates the need for manual, time-consuming and labour intensive investigations that often result in inaccurate findings.

Organisations can automatically target topics of interest within audio files, using individual words or complete phrases, listening only to those that meet the chosen criteria. Searches can be rapidly refined by including or excluding topics based on relevance and the system's sophisticated review tools enable audio playback to start either at the exact point where a 'hit' occurs or prior to that point to fully understand the context of the discussion.

Further cost savings can be achieved as CyberTech FAST is the only audio search and speech analytics solution that does not require an investment in additional hardware or manpower to process large volumes of audio. It also enables customers to manage their spending effectively with the industry's lowest start-up and operating costs.
